    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Interesting work and plenty of it. I hate jobs where you sit around wondering what to do. Never an opportunity to sit around here. Responsible onsite management Good benefits-medical, dental especially

    Cons

Not many compliments on jobs well done My team lead is especially stingy with compliments and attaboys. Even on performance appraisals. Everything floats down. If he doesn't get a good performance appraisal, none of us do.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to your management in the field. They can make or break your teams and will play a big part in the retention of your workforce.

    Cons

lack of raises and advancement opportunity for hardworking and faithful employees (the yearly let down gets monotonous), poor communications internally

    Advice to Management

Unless you are willing to advance hard working and faithful employees, then software engineers will continue to leave to find better opportunities
