I have been working at Northrop Grumman

    Pros

Extremely laid-back culture that is very work / life balance friendly. People that join the company usually stay for their entire careers.

    Cons

Many non-motivated employees that are there to just collect their pension. Very very change resistant culture from the top down. Business operations that are stuck in the early 80's, using SAP to over engineer everything!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cut some of the fat from the company and focus on giving some of the younger motivated employees a chance to contribute instead of relying on 25 year tenured engineers making the business decisions.
