    Pros

It is what you make of it. Large amount of online training available, PMP, business, leadership, etc. Great Benefits with a good deal of flexiblity for time off.

    Cons

Large organization. Many stovepiped efforts. It can depend on the contract you support. The contract I support does not allow for much interaction with the rest of the company.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Nice place to start as an engineer, they offer tuition reimbursement and various training opportunities (computer skill, online training etc). Good benefits and pay. Overall, work life balance is good Generally, people are easy to work with and have talent

    Cons

Not many new business come in Senior management put more focus on people skill instead of technical skill Manufacturing oriented, not much effort on R&D Layoffs happen everywhere recently, job is not as stable as before

    Advice to Management

Win more new contracts. Put your eyes on commercial side not just government side. Value your technical people and encourage innovation Don't let go of good people during tough time.
