Health Benefits, PTO, Employee Activities, Consistent Merit Increases (based off performance), Constantly Prospering Company, Room for growth and advancement, Tution Reimbursement

Cons

Traffic, Some Departments are difficult to be promoted from (but possible)

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work harder at making sure employees are happy. Because the organization is so big and constantly growing, you have some managers that are very hard and not so in tune with employees. However, there are some managers that are great and try to team build constantly.

    Salary pays bills
    Close to home

    Cons

    Management has no respect for staff
    Emphasis is getting patients out of hospital as soon as possible to save money
    No real concern for patient welfare
    Horrible working conditions (3 x5 cramped, dimly lit office apace for two people with equipment that consistently breaks down)
    Antiquated technology

    Respect the opinions of your employees and improve working conditions
    Reevaluate your priorities ---- are you in healthcare to make money/keep a job, or to impact patient care?
