Northwest Airlines – “Good flying benefit!”

Northwest Airlines Customer Service Supervisor:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Great flying benefit!
Great people to work with!
Never boring working at the airport!
Work schedule is flexible as you can trade days off with others!

Cons

Working hours suck!
No advancement what so ever!
Union protection (I like the protection, but it just protect alot of lazy people and I ended up getting punished by doing their jobs too.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop micro manage people who has been there hell a lot longer than you are. WE KNOW WHAT TO DO! Other than that, you guys did great!
