ProsEveryone works together, excellent training program and follow-up through probation. Knowledgeable and fair management staff.

ConsReservations sales agents have metrics to adhere to. Inbound sales skills required to meet and exceed sales goals.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: Lots of challenge and variety in the work, always something new… Cons: little economic security, broken promises, us vs them mentality that… Advice to Senior Management: Look for a new job More

Pros: Great benefits and a lot of wonderful people to work… Cons: Merged with Delta and most jobs moved out of state. Advice to Senior Management: should not have merged with Delta. More
