“Professional, Ethically Sound, Family-Friendly”
I have been working at Northwestern Mutual
Pros – The high ratings it receives from the financial industry. They recruit quality individuals to serve as representatives, which makes for a quality working environment. I am very proud to say I work at Northwestern Mutual.
Cons – The support staff does not qualify for medical insurance under "law of large numbers" because reps are individual owners of their practices.
Advice to Senior Management – I am appreciative of the opportunity to work in a professional environment that is also family-friendly.
