Current Employee – been working at Northwestern Mutual full-time for more than a year

Pros – Limitless potential; flexibility with schedule once you have built a bullet proof practice; incredible opportunity; great culture; awesome benefits; you get to help people create and sustain financial security for themselves and their family/business

Cons – You have to work harder than anyone else you know to see people and fight to see people; prospecting in this environment is very difficult; you are selling insurance; you have to follow a terrific method of activity, called the Granum Method, which is awesome and incredibly difficult to actually do!
