Pros

Awesome Training! Good $$$ for the 1st year! I did great and hit their pacesetter 40 and 60 which means you sell 100 life insurance policies in your first year. You make 70-80% of the premium paid meaning approx $50-100k in your first year! You ever wonder what Bill Gates lives like? Try this job.

Cons

After the first year they pull the carpet out and start charging you for rent, decrease your commission, and see if you can survive. If you haven't created a clientele of millionaires you won't make it! SO get your training, get your licenses (they pay for them 6 and 63), then get hired elsewhere.

Advice to Management

They ARE the best Life insurance company...Period!....But if you want more talent pay the $$$.

    Pros

    Huge potential to build your own business and make a lot of money Helping others in and outside your community build financial security Leadership roles Independence Great opportunity Great training

    Cons

    Hard to get started. Very difficult to get through 6 months, much less 4 years. After 5 years you are golden. Some reps are better than others. Some Advisors business is hurting and pay their employees poorly (assistant roles), also they create a very negative atmosphere. Can be high stress. It is a sales position, do not let the financial part fool you. You are a sales rep.

    Unlimited income potential, amazing comrade re, fantastic learning opportunity

    It is strictly commission based, and they have a lot more meeting than they need to.
