Company Culture and work ethic

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat culture, everyone that's been there more than 5 years is up beat and happy that they work there. If you can survive 5 years then you you have a 95% chance of working there for the rest of your life. After 5 years your income is easily over 100k. The hard part is staying in the business until year 3 or so.

Cons-You get 4k to start and use but once that runs low or out you have to be good at sales to be able to earn money.
-If you hate calling people and talking on the phone, this job is not for you.
