Wonderful company, great people, amazing values, good recognition, but difficult product to sell.

College Financial Representative (Current Employee)
San Francisco, CA

ProsTop 10 internship program, best whole life insurance policies in the industry, unmatched recognition, great joint-work partners, get out what you put in, work your own hours

ConsLife Insurance is a hard sell, pushing products onto clients, stressful, ups and downs, some older reps feel superior to others, trip to annual was extremely expensive and they push it on all the interns to attend

Advice to Senior ManagementGive interns an extra week of training, pay for their trip to annual in Milwaukee

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

    Chicago, IL

Some people… Cons: If you are not one of the top interns, they don't hire you on and then they'll take all your business. They offer nothing to… Advice to Senior Management: Give a base salary, at least to start. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
