Nice place, a bit over hyped as a great place to work

ProsNice offices, free lunch, proper tools to get job done.

ConsOver promote from withing, many senior managers promoted past level of competence. Promote from within policy leads to many individuals becoming managers of functional areas in which they have no practical experience.

    Pros: Sink or swim mentality. Given exact same responsibilities as a full-time employee. No coffee… Cons: 100% commission compensation structure.
