    Pros

Sorry, Stealing, lying and bullying offset any pros. Horrible!

    Cons

STOLE thousands of dollars from my escrow account after having worked there for years and does not provide any proof of why. Thievery, non-cooperation, withholding documents, and legal intimidation. SEVER LACK OF BASIC ETHICS. POOR and AGGRESSIVE CULTURE INCLUDING. I WITNESSED AN ASSAULT AT A COMPANY CHRISTMAS PARTY WITH VIRTUALLY NO MANAGEMENT OR LEADERSHIP ACTIONS TAKEN. Legal threats to well-meaning hard working smart capable and dedicated people for the sole purpose of intimidation. Taking advantage of people early in their career. Misleading.

I worked at Northwestern Mutual full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    Fast paced; opportunities for commission.

    Cons

Limited training; "every man for himself" kind of attitude. Very corporate-feeling. There are many branches of this corporation, and it is all very disjointed. Everyone in the company worked very long hours, with little time to actually meet with other members.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take some time to offer better training to your recruiters, don't leave it all up to one person who already has a very busy job.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
