I have been working at Northwestern Mutual full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

You get to set your own schedule, great flexibility. Potential income-wise, the sky is the limit. Geat behind the scenes support from everyone is the offices, as well as home-office.

Cons

the ground is also the the limit. Unless you work obsessively hard on a day to day basis, you will not get anywhere. Cold-calling to meet goals.

Advice to Management

Give more help when starting up, maybe provide leads, existing clients to get accustomed to dealing with future potential clients.
