Pros

You get to work for yourself, which allows for great growth possibilities and high income upside. They have the best products in the industry and provide great training.

Cons

Very high personal expenses means if you struggle when you first start you have almost no chance of success. You get fined if you don't meet minimums.

Advice to Senior Management

Fining people for failing to reach arbitrarily set minimums does not inspire work ethic. In fact, it does just the opposite.
