I have been working at Northwestern Mutual full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Freedom to work by your schedule, unlimited earning potential, exceptional training program, out visiting clients 80% of the day instead of sitting at a desk.

Cons

Uncomfortable getting used to if you're not sociable or scared of making phone calls. 100% commision which makes it tough to get started, but once you're going you can make unbelievable amounts of income.

I have been working at Northwestern Mutual full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Independence, unlimited pay, freedom, flexibility, the possibility of selling to people the most valuable asset they will ever own.

    Cons

Compensation only, if you do not sell, you make no money. Also the first couple months are very tough as you have to reach out to everyone you know to get leads and referrals. Usually take up to three months to acquire new clients so you have to be able to to sustain yourself on a budget when starting out

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Help out a little more, make the training longer, perhaps give some orphan client to starters to help them out. This would reduce the turnover rate
