I have been working at Northwestern Mutual full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Northwestern designs good insurance products. The culture is honest, the agents knowledgeable.Policy owner services try diligently to help NML's policy owners.

    Cons

New agents are nothing more then lambs to the slaughter. Recruiters will promise you the sky, and do little to help you develop in your career.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to build a sales force instead of replacing one.
