Pros-the supervision and clinical case consultation were excellent
-there were professional development opportunities regularly scheduled, both in-house as well as opportunities for training outside the Institute

ConsThe Family Institute is really pressed for space--it's often difficult to get an office (because you're competing with other therapists)

    Pros: Great benefits, the tuition reimbursement for faculty is generous with a 40% reduction in tuition if your child attends NU, or… Cons: The starting salaries for junior faculty are low and not easy to increase… Advice to Senior Management: If starting salary is low, increase as faculty develops. Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
