I worked at Nortrak

Pros

Good benefits package, diversity in where you can work, decent pay for the area you work and overall, management treats employess well with Employee Appreciation, Christmas parties, Holidays off, overtime pay, etc.

Cons

You don't get much notification when it comes to overtime and the need to work it. Which I think is probably at most companies.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The need for better work place conditions, ie cleanliness, 5S and such, is in need of improvement at my facility.

I worked at Nortrak full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Starting pay for machinist is decent to good($18.00-$21.00hr). but you have to know how to bite your tongue . there is ALOT of hate there

    Cons

Eazy to lose your job 11 point system.one weekend can end it for you. good stepping stone just something to add to the resume. Loud mouth weak HYPOCRITE employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make your machinist understand that they don't own the machines no matter how long they've worked there.
