    Pros

Your room and board is paid for. Your training and certifications are trained for. Your resume will look fantastic after working here. 4 months paid vacation a year with benefits

Working anywhere from 77-110 hours a week, on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 4 months straight.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Compensation to keep "Lifers" as they were called on the ship, would indeed keep the long term employed.
