    Pros

They have a pretty decent benefits package.

    Cons

You only get a 30 minute lunch and the pay grade is not very good for people that work 7.5 hours daily, taking back to back calls.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your workers really deserve an hour lunch for all the work that their doing and a dollar or two more pay.

    Pros

An entry level way to learn about the cruise business.Good deals on cruises if you can get the time off.

    Cons

This is your classic call center environment lots of QA's and training is average. Basicly.. your on your own ..very high turnover like most call centers. Also, watch your paycheck with this company they seem to make alot of payroll mistakes (always in their favor however ) I had that happen 6 or 7 times . Not alot of opportunity for advancement in the mesa office

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest more time and trainng into the workforce. This company has tried twice to outsource its labor force to places like guatemala and failed because of quality complaints from travel partners. The CEO( Kevin )of NCL is a private equity guy and they love to look offshore for their cheap labor. It's part of their DNA
