Pros

Strong team and perks. Great working environment and opportunities to go on board the ships. Also many chances of advancement in the company.

Cons

The supervisor was a bit of a micro manager but she was let go and things improved for the better.

    The ability to travel everywhere the ship goes and the opportunity to make friends from many different nationalities.

    No day off and contracts that can last 10 months.
