I worked at Notre Dame part-time for more than a year

Pros

To work for Notre Dame is a great experience. They off some of the best healthcare I've ever personally witnessed. The atmosphere is quite warming and cultured very strongly.

Cons

There aren't many cons to working for Notre Dame. Upper management (staff, not faculty) is very strict and doesn't promote dynamic thinking. Power assertion is a big deal at Notre Dame.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I'd like to see more enabling of critical thinking.
