    Engineering department is small but they have really good communication.

    Pros

    IT, Finance and Operations were very helpful in providing information or fixing the computer system so that customers could use the product.

    Cons

    Too many failures caused daily return authorization to bring back products for repair

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    New management kicked out many employees to bring in their people. You need to scrap the current ERP system for one that has flexibility. If your product continues to fail, you are going to have major problems.
