Great opportunities for software and science

Scientific Technical Leader I (Current Employee)
Cambridge, MA

I have been working at Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research full-time for less than a year

ProsNIBR is committed to developing drugs in niche/orphan disease areas. Therefore your work can have a direct impact on patients' lives.

ConsOf course, the company is not in the niche disease business to be altruistic; companies can charge a premium for drugs in these disease areas.

The usual bureaucratic process to get things done in a public company in a regulated industry.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

NIBR did… Advice to Senior Management: There are intelligent, creative people who do not live in Boston. Micromanagement has no place in science and research. NIBR has existed for… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
