“High pressure, lots of growth but be prepared to move in order to be promoted”
Former Employee – worked at Novartis Pharmaceuticals
Pros – Pay is competitive, product line and business challenging, lots of opportunities to develop
Cons – Very few decide your fate and all it takes is one of the leader to not like you for you to be stuck. If you want to get promoted, be prepared to move where they tell you to go.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't pretent the job function and skill set means something. Most of the Sr Management team would not have their jobs if they were being promoted based on the job function and skill set assessment
