“Very challenging enviroment, lots of effort but also lots of successes that payback”
I have been working at Novartis Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Would call Novartis an innovative, huge and very good organized company , where good requited (most of the times) employees form a compact community which ''speaks the same language'' and share common goals all across the world.
Cons – In Greece work/life is absolutely off balance, when we compare to the one of colleagues of rest of European community.
Advice to Senior Management – Improve the work/life ratio
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
