There are very good products that will help improve lives of patients.
Cons
Very micromanaged. You are working at the behest of HR and Legal, and not focused on the job at hand.
Advice to Senior Management
Give more decision making capability to middle management. The models you have for evaluating strong performers is broken. Managers and regional directors need the flexibilty to evaluate performance based on their own observations, not the HR one size fits all mandates. You can't build a solid foundation if your measurement tools are not accurate.
