Pays well
Tries to focus on innovation
Not a lot of beuracracy
Cons
Every employee is treated like a number, does not value its employees
Churns and burns people out, senior leadership is a revolving door
Runs the company like a bank, is unable to invest in the long term health of the business (R&D, IT, etc)
Advice to Senior Management
It costs more to bring in outsiders than it does to treat the people you have fairly
The existing business slow down has finally caught up to our inability to get out of the focus on the current month, current qtr, current year.
