Great benefits and compensation. Very transparent communication from upper management. Great internal education programs. The company really invests in improving worker's technical and management skills. Very stable financially thus good job security.

Cons

Favoritism during promotion. Many initiatives but not clear finish to them. Complicated corporate structure so feels like there are a lot of duplication of efforts. Novartis is trying to simplify but needs to do more.
