“Flexible company with excellent benefits.”
Current Employee – been working at Nuance full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – -Opportunities for advancement within company.
-Excellent benefits.
-Flexibility with schedule is above average.
-Promotions consideration from within company is priority.
Cons – I thought the salary was low for having 12 years experience.
I thought salaries not consistent with knowledge of products.
Advice to Senior Management – I thought that management should involve employe opinion more regarding everyday workflow issues.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
