I have been working at Nuance full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Very good benefits, good salary, excellent social programs, excellent office emplacement (in Montreal at least), great coffee (Cappuccino baristas).

Cons

Work hours can be very long. Not much concern from senior management (VP+) about work-life balance. You either work and deliver or..... Frequent rounds of attrition followed by panic over hiring top talents. Retention of some of them is made via "retention" bonuses or promotions

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop acquisitions and work on your identity & integration. Once you have that figured out, acquire!!!
