Nuance Is The Worst Company I've Ever Worked For

Slave (Current Employee)
Burlington, MA

ProsWork at home. There are no other pros.

ConsThe QA people constantly pick on and belittle the slave labor. The supervisors reinforce this behavior by calling the slaves and telling them how worthless they are. I have over 20 years experience in this field, and I have never been treated so poorly by an employer ever in my entire life. They treat the slaves in such a demeaning fashion as to lower their self-esteem. Then, they lower their pay even further and make them work more and harder.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop belittling and demeaning the slaves.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
