Pros

Awesome products, sharp talent, fun casual work environment!

Cons

Really needs to do more training. Desperate for a better On-boarding and New Hire process to avoid retention. Better systems and ATS to utilize. Updated Org Chart.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Team should be more collaborative. Nuance has some amazing talent and products, and if the company could tighten up on easier processes, and training, you would be a PHENOMENAL Company to work for.
