I have been working at Nuance full-time for less than a year

Pros

- Good work/life balance, if you are in the right division or have the right manager.
- Not too much politics.
- Flexible work time.
- Good benefits.
- Average pay
- Numerous choices of technology / areas to work with, super smart co-workers, continuous learning opportunities, greater community participation / volunteering opportunities.

Cons

Large company means profits are the most important thing (hard to avoid).

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Help proven talent move laterally in the company for new opportunities.

    I have been working at Nuance full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Pay is nice for my role in sales. Some people are very fun to work with. Technology is very cool.

    Cons

    There are a lot of conference calls, even if people are in the same building. It would be much better if we all bounced ideas off of each other and made the job a bit more creative.

    I have been working at Nuance full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Smart dedicate people who care about the work they do. Being an international company a solution to a problem can take on many different forms. The learning opportunities are numerous and span most industries. Career paths are many and the company encourage employees to participate in the different trainings offered.

    Cons

    Dynamic work environment sometimes forgets to include others.

    Spend more time making connection with their teams.
