    Pros

    Good Pay
    Good Benefits
    Nice office
    Good office moral
    Nice boss

    Cons

No sense of urgency to finish projects
    Hard to get an answer
When I did put in my notice to leave (because I had decided to move back home) I was ignored for the remainder of my time there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Overall good, but when you start a project you need to have some timeline to finish it. Not just we'll figure it out as we go.

I have been working at Nutraceutical

    Pros

Flexible work hours. Company is growing steadily. Stable if you plan on staying for a long time. Brand new offices in Ogden are really nice. Education reimbursement for good grades

    Cons

Benefits have gone from sub-par to abysmal in the past few years. Company is divided into two competing halves. Decisions are made on a whim by unqualified persons with no avenue to debate. Work goes unappreciated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Open the lines of communication without the fear of termination. Place people in positions of authority based on competence, not nepotism and favoritism.
