    Pros

    A Large corporation with a small company feel in the US. You can advance rapidly if you are in the right department. The right department is usually one that is in high demand and has a higher level of management based in the US.

    Cons

    The Company Headquarters are located in Holland. This also means that upper management is located outside of the US. Decisions based on European needs, not american needs. Downsizing is easier in the US than it is in Europe.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The talk is that the employees are important. It is evident that employees are ranked number three: 1) Upper management makes themself rich first, 2) Upper managment looks to please the investors (thus making themselves rich again), 3) Employees. Upper management should make it less noticable that the employees come after themselves - as the economy improves, the employees will leave.
