I have been working at Nypro full-time

Pros

Employee stock option plan, 401k, good people to work with, and there are a few good managers in the mid to upper level.

Cons

Inconsistent decision making in most aspects of the business, 18 month raise period, and the amount they pay per hour doesn't reflect the amount of work you have to do

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You can't run a business sitting upstairs and never actually coming down to see what's going on on the floor

I have been working at Nypro full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Co-Workers are great. Benefits are decent.

    Cons

Raises only once every 18 months now. Profit sharing only twice a year now. High turnover rate. Management does not communicate with employees, and when they do it's only for something negative. Managers tend to yell and cuss at employees, very unprofessional. Management only follows policy to their benefit, otherwise they make their own rules. The company (claims to) promote health, and yet they have you running rampant for 12 hours at a time, for very low pay, and don't offer sick time, in a very stressful environment. (Stress=hypertension, etc.)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take some anger management and people skills courses. Get off your high horse and get to know the people who dread to support your salary. Without us you wouldn't have a job. This goes to all management.
