Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Asheville, NC

I have been working at Nypro full-time

ProsEmployee stock option plan, 401k, good people to work with, and there are a few good managers in the mid to upper level.

ConsInconsistent decision making in most aspects of the business, 18 month raise period, and the amount they pay per hour doesn't reflect the amount of work you have to do

Advice to Senior ManagementYou can't run a business sitting upstairs and never actually coming down to see what's going on on the floor

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
