ProsGood place to work. They are employee owned which is awesome and great benefits. I love the people I work with and the supports they have.

ConsDont have good opportunities to grown with.
Need to come in with solid pay because raises are minimal!
Overall i like the company

Advice to Senior ManagementLimited opertunity to grow within or even outside the company. If you are at a large company this might be different.
