“Wrong place at the wrong time”
Former Employee – worked at O'Neil Data Systems
Pros – Nice bonus program that is extended to all employees and paid monthly. Very nice facility. Innovative. Pay was within market range.
Cons – Micro management, poor communication, leadership lacking trust in the employees
