I have been working at O&G Industries
Pros – Good Pay & Health Insurance, Retirement package. You do your job and now one bothers you. Good equipment to work with. Really great bunch of guys at the plant, and everyone gets along really well. Plus I love my job.
Cons – Long Winter layoffs, little chance of advancement. Long travel to work. over 1hr one way. In the winter you get bumped when all the plants shut down for the season.
Advice to Senior Management – Talk more to employees and listen to feedback.
