Compensation pakage, the glass veil composites industry pays very well throughout the industry. OC is no different.
Cons
Most efforts are put into reducing costs & not making headway into new markets or products. "wringing it dry". The management is very clicky, "if your face fits". Lack of local leadership, direction or vision, even though the corporate goals are communicated regularly. The local agreements with employee organisations are often disregarded or neglected. Annual personal developement reveiws are used as a corporate tool to ram home corporate ideals & built into the compensation package. Your individual developement is supported as long as it falls into line with the corporate. Your employment rights & contract will not be top priority.
Advice to Senior Management
Take advice & note of the knowledge & experience of front line members of staff when considerring effeciency drives or projects.
