“Great place to work.”
I worked at OCLC full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Excellent benefits, flexible hours, fitness center, cafeteria, fair pay, career growth opportunities, friendly coworkers, employees that care about the company, adequate working conditions.
Cons – Mediocre communication in some areas. Employee anxiety about lay-offs. Some areas seem to be top heavy. Lack of communication regarding work load in some areas.
Advice to Senior Management – More communicationwith non-management staff. Some areas seem to be top heavy.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
