Great place to work.

ProsExcellent benefits, flexible hours, fitness center, cafeteria, fair pay, career growth opportunities, friendly coworkers, employees that care about the company, adequate working conditions.

ConsMediocre communication in some areas. Employee anxiety about lay-offs. Some areas seem to be top heavy. Lack of communication regarding work load in some areas.
