Current Employee – been working at OMD full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Leading culture, good atmosphere and motivation to move forward, good work tools, opportunities to travel and operate international accounts, freedom of self expression.

Cons – Results oriented sometimes transfers to profit-only point of view, as in all big organizations smaller markets receive less attention and, naturally, less resources.
