Low compensation for all employees, specifically the grads

They should work to retain their best employees before it's too late, versus trying to pay the minimum to keep them when they plan to leave

    Pros

    Satisfying work, social, focus on training, and great clients, focus on people, very understanding with personal needs and time off

    Cons

    Poor compensation at lower levels, unhealthy work/life balance, no consistency in management or clarity on career path

    OMD could give employees more independence and flexibility and empower them with more resources from technology. Additionally, they should review the pay given to employees at lower levels - grads, planners, etc.
