Current Employee – been working at OMD UK
Pros – Very friendly harde working people, creativity and insight sits at the heart of every media plan
Cons – Low compensation for all employees, specifically the grads
Advice to Senior Management – They should work to retain their best employees before it's too late, versus trying to pay the minimum to keep them when they plan to leave
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
