I worked at OOCL
Pros – Benefits are very good. Medical and dental. They have 401K plus pension plan
Cons – Management practice is very harsh toward the employees. Can not handle lower level employees questioning or making suggestions that may be different from the manager.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat your employees how you would like to be treated. Need to be more open minded to suggestions from non-management employees. Treat your employees with respect.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
