Pros

Strong work life balance, engineers are valued, challenging work and bright people to work with. Managers know what they are managing and set realistic expectations. Very low churn

Cons

Advancement is difficult to low churn and a young flat management hierarchy.

Advice to Management

Delegation is important, and senior management needs to federate more.
