OSRAM Employee Review

I have been working at OSRAM

Pros – - Good benefit with high profit sharing rate per quarter compare to other company.
- Job not so heavy.

Cons – - Need scan alot to in/out production floor. The system is to tracking employer working hour in productiontion flor & i see this is not so efective because event going out to toilet need to scan.

6-6-5 (night-morning-afternoon) shift pattern is so tired. we always have long wait to have holiday with family.

Cafeteria food is so bad- at Osram, Cooking oil is o cheap that their put alot on a food.
 Im event no eating until finish job.
