I have been working at OTG Management

Pros

there is always an opportunity to make money meet people and advance the management is very open and understanding and they always know there strong people from the week also they fight for you when need be a very flexable company to work for

Cons

you really don't have a life outside of it and some times the hours can be exhausting

Advice to ManagementAdvice

try and advance or promote your strong faster to seal the job because i know of alot that work really hard and should be promoted

    union, airport, training, interact with people from all around the world

    Cons

    long hours, flight delays, upset customers, pay for parking, poor management skills, favouritism

    I worked at OTG Management full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    -Free wifi. (Very slow)
    -Talk on your phone anytime you want.
    -Meet and talk to new people.
    - A place for the unprofessional worker.

    Cons

    -Horrible management rude & always missing when you need them.
    -HIGH turnover (ref to ^).
    -No appreciation for loyalty.
    -NO appreciation for hardwork and people who care to stay through all the b.s.
    -Forced to work long after your end time is over.
    -No structure, having management in your name is truly a fallacy.
    -Ipads are such a nuances to how a resturant should really operate.
    -Your not alowed to be sick.
    -Working in tight spaces around 12-14 people for 8-12 hours a day.
    -Food sucks because no training is given to cooks & no quality control what so ever.
    -Just dont work there because the orientation is a bunch of lies, working in the terminal which is very fast paced is very much like chaos.
    - Managers and supervisors dont care about anything but to make money.
    - Managers/hr don't have any single trainers on payroll, servers and utility are pushed right into a mess not having a clue of anything.
    -You are not given the tools to succeed at all.
    -Bartenders should stay as far away from otg as possible because most of the times your beverages will not be in stock.
    -Risk of injury is very high as broken glass is left everywhere in nobel & corso.

    Only Jesus Christ can save this place.
