ProsNone anymore. Morall is down and employer treats employee as inferior

ConsManagement has no communication ability and no long term goals including employees health and wealfare

Advice to Senior ManagementRemember the people who pay your bills, dont treat us like kids and sell us a broken bike.

    Pros: none, none, none, none, none, none Cons: two co-owners never there and don't care, lots of drama, upper management won't train you, and if you complain you get in trouble. Very unprofessional… Advice to Senior Management: try training your employees and helping when they ask for it instead of writing them… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
