I have been working at Oak Harbor Freight Lines full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Pay and benefits. Overtime pay after 8 hours. Working with good coworkers. Home every night. A paycheck and benefits.

    Cons

Equipment is horrible. Customer service reps are rude to customers. Human resources ignores complaints even with serious accusations of discrimination. Getting paid bi-monthly sucks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of your equipment and employees. If you hire terminal managers make sure they know what they're doing. Just because they have a degree doesn't mean the know the business! And change the pay periods to every two weeks because the current way is horrible.
